Age Relaxation is applicable as per official regulations of ABVMU

Candidates must have completed 10+2 (Intermediate) with English and secured at least 40% marks.

Those with a Vocational ANM Course must have 10+2 (Intermediate) with English and a minimum of 40% marks.

Registered ANMs are eligible with passing marks.

Western UP: Agra, Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad, Saharanpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar

Central UP: Ayodhya, Banda, Gonda, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj (Allahabad)

Eastern UP: Azamgarh, Basti, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Mirzapur, Varanasi

Caste Certificate Instructions:
OBC & EWS certificates must be issued as per official notification guidelines.

Photo Guidelines:
The photograph must be a full-face shot, taken from the front, with a white background.
No spectacles should be worn.
The candidate’s name and the date of the photograph must be written on the image.

Live Photo Requirement:
A live photo is also required for the UPGET 2025 application.
